Getting Started is a program that takes you through the wellness journey. It is a more comprehensive program requiring more commitment. It starts with self-assessment and mindset section increasing the chances of success. It moves onto sleep, nutrition, and movement. There are downloadable PDFs to help you keep track of your progress. You can also jump sections and get to what interests you. A reminder this journey is about you.

Break Free from Sugar

The 14 Day Sugar Detox program is a combination of multiple Sugar Detox programs out there. I have struggled over the years with my addiction to sugar. It is in everything we eat. It is addictive and causes many underlying health problems.
I am taking a unique approach to the 14 Day Sugar Detox program by recording recipes, struggles, tips and tricks, energy levels, mind clarity and posting it on Ageless Pursuit’s YouTube channel for all to view.


This journey will start on January 5, 2026. You will see data collected before and after the program demonstrating internal changes. Please join us for the challenge.

Ageless Pursuit will post to social media. Our first social media platform is our YouTube channel. It was chosen because of our goal to provide long videos that can last more than a few days.


Other platforms will follow such as Pinterest for Recipes and Movement videos. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn will soon follow spreading the word about Ageless Pursuit.


At Ageless Pursuit we want everyone supported during this journey. We are creating an online community for all to join. Our goal is to get people talking, sharing experiences, supporting each other, making recommendations for us to follow up, and things we cannot even imagine right now. We will have it up and running by the end of the year.
