Why Day 8 Feels Like Momentum in a Sugar Detox

Day 8 represents a major metabolic shift. My body is:

  • Running steadily on stored energy instead of hunting for sugar

  • Regulating blood sugar more efficiently, resulting in minimal spikes

  • Lowering inflammation, which can explain better joint comfort

  • Balancing hormones involved in appetite, focus, and mood

  • Improving vascular function, likely contributing to your big blood pressure drop

These adjustments I cannot see such as glucose stability, insulin sensitivity, hormonal calming are now showing up externally in the form of clearer skin, steadier mood, more consistent energy, easier running, reduced cravings, and better blood pressure.

Day 8 of Sugar Detox feels like confirmation that the hardest part is behind me. I am not just seeing numbers change but feeling the difference. This is the momentum phase where everything begins to click..
